Family owned and operated. Carter's Certified Cleaning was established in 2017, but that wasn't where it started. Owner Mike Carter stared cle aning windows and office cleaning at the young age of 5 yrs. old, working  for his father's very own cleaning service L&E Window Cleaners and Cleaning Services. Mike continued to learn, grow crafting his skills and advancement with the times and new equipment. 

 

Mike Carter Has Been Happily And Successfully Servicing The Dc, Maryland, And Virginia Area, Both Residential And Commercial. Some Customers That We Do - Pohanka Nissan/ Hyundai OF Fredericksburg - Mercedes/ Volo - Safford Dodge - Texas Roadhouse - Papa Johns - Foot Locker -  Just To Name A Few. Along With Many Residential Homes In The DMV Area.
